10 Tips for Leading Kids to Christ by Jason K. Allen at For The Church
My church is experiencing a child population explosion, and will continue to for the foreseeable future.  The children's ministries are destined to grow — and that's a good thing!  This article was helpful and puts the first things first.

Findings from the New Atlantis Report on Sexuality and Gender by R. Albert Mohler Jr. at CBMW
This is astonishing: secular scientists have 'discovered' and now openly admit that there is no scientific basis whatsoever for gender and sexuality.  As the article says:

“The understanding of sexual orientation as an innate, biologically fixed property of human beings — the idea that people are “born that way” — is not supported by scientific evidence.”

Mohler gives a characteristically clear and helpful summary.  Of course, for Christians, the reiteration of this fact is almost childish.  Little boys and girls know that we are born with a fixed sex — boy or girl — and that nothing can change that basic identity.  God made humanity male and female.

But for a secular article, especially in our current crazy culture, is astounding.  This knowledge may prove useful in the next evangelistic opportunity.

Galatians 1:6-9
I am amazed that you are so quickly deserting Him who called you by the grace of Christ, for a different gospel; which is really not another; only there are some who are disturbing you and want to distort the gospel of Christ. But even if we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you a gospel contrary to what we have preached to you, he is to be accursed! As we have said before, so I say again now, if any man is preaching to you a gospel contrary to what you received, he is to be accursed!
