This blog exists to curate, disseminate, and propagate good content about how to live godly in Christ Jesus. Living godly in Christ Jesus simply means to love the Lord and work out that love in obedience to Him.

But godliness actually is a means of great gain when accompanied by contentment. - 1 Timothy 6:6

Tips for Godly Living
While there is a plethora of good theological resources from churches, pastors, and ministries, I find that there is a dearth of practical, technological, modern applications of biblical truths. As a Christian living in 21st century America, I find myself pondering questions like…
How do I keep manage all my responsibilities in an increasingly complex world?
I’ve just moved to a new city and I don’t know anyone. How do I find a good church?
Where can I go to find the answers to my questions about the Bible, discussions about theology, and culture commentary from a biblical worldview?
I know that reading the Bible, praying, tithing, serving at church, being a good steward of my time, etc. are good things, but what are some practical tips to grow in these disciplines strong?
So many different Bible teachers seem to contradict one another. What resources are trustworthy?
These are not simplistic questions, and they deserve good answers. I hope to tackle these and more with this blog.
I currently subscribe to over 20 independent Christian ministries and blogs. Each week, I’ll create a curated list of the best articles I’ve read and share them here.
Stories & Reflections
The Lord often providentially brings unexpected circumstances into my life. These posts explore His sovereignty, and encourage us to see all of life, especially the difficult things, through the lens of His goodness.
As I read various Christian literature, I find that select paragraphs, sentences, and phrases leap off the page. I’ll share those here.
Occasionally I will convert a Bible lesson I taught at my church into an article, or will write about a particular point of interest. As I am not an ordained minister, these will be few and limited in scope.
I pray that you are blessed by what you read here. I pray that the Lord uses it to encourage you in your faith as He changes you into the image of His glorious Son. Soli Deo Gloria!
“Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord; seeing that His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the true knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence.” - 2 Peter 1:2-3
