I hope your Easter was full of joy in Christ! (And not silly bunnies.)  Although we celebrate Christ's resurrection every Sunday, it is a blessed thing to be reminded afresh.

Spurgeon on Sovereignty By Kristie Burns at Training Leaders International
These past two weeks have been trying to say the least.  This quote from Spurgeon helped me to lay an anchor for my soul.

Which Jesus Do You Worship? By Adam Ford at Adam4D
John Lennon Jesus, Zig Ziglar Jesus, or Mr. Rogers Jesus?  A fun little comic with a punch.

Wednesday at Westminster: What is God? By Danny Hhyde at Meet the Puritans
This is a quick elaboration about two attributes of God: His self-existence and His self-revelation.  There is no more profitable field of study than theology proper.

Your Meaningless Ministry By Stephen Miller at For The Church
"True success looks like laying crowns at the feet of the only one whose name will be praised for all eternity. And here's a hint: it's not the one on my driver's license. Or yours. It is the name above all names who will not share his glory with another. His name is Jesus. And he is all the meaning we need."

When Does Error Become Heresy By Michael Riccardi at Preachers & Preaching
A very helpful article for understanding doctrinal differences among Christendom.  If you've ever wondered how to relate to someone who has a different view of baptism, communion, church government, sign gifts, eschatology, etc., then this will be a helpful read.

Hebrews 9:11-14
11 But when Christ appeared as a high priest of the good things to come, He entered through the greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this creation;
12 and not through the blood of goats and calves, but through His own blood, He entered the holy place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption.
13 For if the blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a heifer sprinkling those who have been defiled sanctify for the cleansing of the flesh,
14 how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?
